Job Description:

The Registrar's office has an exciting opportunity available with their team! The Administrative Specialist will provide assistance to students in the registration process and handle administrative functions to include data entry within the Registrar's department.

Assist with students with DegreeWorks questions and data entry.

Answer the phone and help with front desk coverage.

Process Vestigi tickets sent from Greenwood Hall.

Respond to emails sent to the Registrar email box.

Process transcripts requests, accepted transfer credits, enrollment and degree verifications for students.

Assist students with registration errors and questions.

Process name/address changes and graduation applications.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Advertised Salary:

Commensurate with experience and education.  

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma and two (2) year's related experience. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree and experience working in an academic environment.
