The Business Affairs division has an exciting opportunity available with their team! The Customer Service Representative for the Print Shop functions as a liaison between production and the customer once a job has entered the print department. With a background in operating printing and finishing equipment, the Customer Service Representative for the Print Shop will be able to answer questions and assist in resolving problems related to a print job. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate fluently with the customer and understand the customer’s needs. They must also be able to assist with proof reading and compliance with Marketing’s standards for the college’s branding.
Pay Grade 03
High school diploma and two (2) years’ work experience in operating, printing, and duplicating machines must be met for consideration.
Preference with additional background in the following: knowledge of printing techniques, machines and/or copiers; skill in operating printing and finishing equipment; knowledge of various computer software Microsoft Office products and/or InDesign; ability to read a ruler and understand decimals; working knowledge of point-of-sales system; cashiering and cash drawer procedures.
