The Information Systems department at Horry-Georgetown Technical College invites applications for a Desktop Support Technician. The Technician will be responsible for providing college-wide technical services and support for desktop devices, classroom technology and software applications.

$34,331 (Minimum)- $48,927 (Midpoint)

| Minimum Requirements: |
A high school diploma and three (3) years experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales, or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment or related systems.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Working knowledge of audio/video equipment, personal computer hardware and software, printers, and related information technology devices. Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions; establish and maintain working relationships with users and Information Technology staff; follow oral and written instructions; and communicate effectively.
