Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is a two-year community/technical college that offers more than 70 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs for students who are either seeking quick entry into the workforce or desiring to transfer to a senior institution to pursue a bachelor's degree.
HGTC offers three convenient campus locations in South Carolina, including Myrtle Beach, Conway and Georgetown.

HGTC offers three convenient campus locations in South Carolina, including Myrtle Beach, Conway and Georgetown.
The Student Affairs Division is actively recruiting for Residency Coordinator to advise students and parents regarding the admissions process, residency requirements, tuition and fee structure, state regulations, and institutional policies and procedures. Evaluates and processes all residency applications in the Admissions Office. Provides guidance to prospective students and parents, as well as continuing students, on SC Residency Guidelines. Assigns residency codes in Student Information System and notifies students of residency classification. Serves as the Chair of the Residency Appeals committee and communicates regularly with students on residency issues. Serves as a resource for other staff members regarding residency requirements.
$38,985 (Minimum)- $55,559 (Midpoint)
Bachelors Degree and experience in student service programs.
Knowledge of the admissions process and SC Residency Regulations. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, parents, coworkers and the general public. Ability to communicate effectively.
