Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking candidates for a Vice President for Academics. The Vice President for Academics provides senior-level, college-wide leadership and direction in all academic areas of the College. As the Chief Academic Officer, the selected candidate will ensure the highest standards of academic quality, innovation, relevant programs, and student success across transfer, career, and technical education programs.
This role promotes the integration of technology into instruction, oversees program evaluation and accreditation efforts, and leads the development and assessment of quality instructional initiatives. As a member of the College Cabinet, the candidate will collaborate with fellow executives to set the strategic direction and initiatives of the College.
