Job Description:

The College seeks applicants for the Assistant Registrar to work under limited supervision, performs critical functions of the Registrar's office for a multi-campus institution. Manages data collection, production, reporting and delivery in the areas of Registration, Academic Records and Graduation. Serves as lead individual for creating and maintaining processes within the department. Assumes full supervisory responsibilities in absence of Registrar.

Advertised Salary:

 Pay Grade 05 ($32,838 Min. - $46,799 Mid.)

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years experience in student service programs. 

Preferred: A Bachelor’s Degree or five or more years’ experience in higher education, particular in Student Affairs.
